Rockdell Place Apartments, Fairborn Ohio
DC Construction took on a job supervision role in Fairborn Ohio contracted directly with an Indianapolis developer Flaherty and Collins. The owners of the project were unable to nail down the building permits in a timely manner and the job was closed down in December of ’08. DC was instrumental in directing the underground and infrastructure work to include all foundations, stair and elevator towers.
Since our departure the project has been put on hold indefinitely.
